Returns & Refunds
Please keep in mind that our products are vintage, and as such may show signs of pre-loved wear. Items are inspected, cleaned, and repaired to the best of our ability. We do our best to describe all flaws, and transparency is important to us, but please note most items are not perfect! We encourage any additional questions for clarification regarding any of our items.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds
In the unlikely case of damage or other circumstances out of our control that would lead to a refund, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@hervintage.shop.
Shipping
Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing times are separate from the shipping times listed in the checkout process. If for any reason your order will take longer to process, we will notify you.
Please note, we do our best to estimate shipping times accurately, however after your package leaves our facility there may be delays outside of our control.
Domestic Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hervintage.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently utilize USPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is allowed through this service. Please note some restrictions may apply based on USPS policy in regards to P.O. box size and length of courtesy hold based on package size. If you do not see the expected package in your P.O. box, always check with a customer service representative at your post office location.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hervintage.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
